Coronavirus Update: Impact on Business and Customer Services

We don’t want to keep you waiting.. But given the difficult circumstances surrounding Covid-19 we have no alternative option.

At 8:30pm on 23rd March 2020, Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that the entire population must stay indoors and work from home where they can.

As the Coronavirus situation continues to evolve, all of our face-to-face services to our customers have been temporarily suspended following recent Government and Health Authority guidelines and measures that have been brought in.

As our working processes require us to work closely with our customers we have had no choice but to temporarily put all orders, including technical surveys and installations on hold. Please be assured all orders and contracts will remain in the same position as before the Government lock-down was introduced. Therefore all orders and contracts will be honoured to all our customers in full as soon as we are allowed to resume work.

As a result, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close phone lines and communication services that we provide to all of our customers as all of our members of staff are currently in furlough.

If you have been in touch, we apologise for the additional time it will take us in getting to back to your request, but please rest assured that we will respond to assist you as soon as it is safe to do so.

We know that the next few weeks and months will be a difficult time for all of us. As soon as our lives get back to normal and when we are allowed to resume work as normal we will be here to serve you.

We will continue to monitor events on a daily basis and will notify you as soon as we re-open our doors.
